Description
  1. To lead the administration, support, and optimization of Oracle Flexcube core banking environments across development, UAT, and production systems. 
  2. This role ensures system stability, performance, and compliance while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities:

  1. Administer and maintain Flexcube environments including configuration, patching, and upgrades.
  2. Ensure smooth execution of EOD/EOM/EOY processes and readiness for daily banking operations.
  3. Monitor system health, perform capacity planning, and manage backups and disaster recovery
    Act as liaison between technology and business teams for system updates and changes.
  4. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate system upgrades and implementations.
  5. Collaborate with business/Operations users and IT helpdesk to resolve day-to-day issues.
  6. Ensure adherence to ITIL standards for incident, change, and problem management.
  7. Maintain technical documentation including workflows, system processes, and compliance reports.
  8. Collaborate with InfoSec and audit teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
  9. Support onboarding of new APIs and financial messaging protocols
  10. Liaise with external vendors for support, enhancements, and compliance.
  11. Negotiate service levels and manage vendor performance.
  12. Lead incident, change, and problem management processes.
  13. Lead and mentor the application support team.
  14. Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor performance.
  15. Conduct training sessions for users and internal teams.
  16. Drive to implement best practices.
  17. Coordinate with InfoSec and Technology teams for system hardening, penetration testing, and patch management.
  18. Maintain operational manuals and ensure regulatory compliance.
  19. Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex incidents and outages.
  20. Oversee system analysis, upgrades, and implementation of OBPM applications
  21. Drive service improvement reviews and ensure SLAs/OLAs are met.

Functional Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Flexcube CBS Production, UAT, and Pre-Prod environments. 
  2. Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with infra and delivery teams. 
  3. Liaise with Oracle and partners for fixes and enhancements. Align configurations with business needs. 
  4. Manage deployments, hotfixes, and UAT rollouts. 
  5. Maintain manuals, ensure system performance, availability, and DR readiness. 
  6. Support audits, VAPT, and regulatory needs. Lead RCA for complex issues, implement fixes, and ensure incident resolution within SLAs.
Qualifications

Qualification Needed: MCA/ MTECH/ BTECH

Min Exp: 12 years

Max Exp: 14 years

8+ years of experience in managing CBS - Flexcube installation and maintenance.

Should be having good knowledge in managing CBS environment for 3-5 years.
