Reports to: Sales Manager or Team Lead
Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and setting up appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and interest in our real estate properties.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients, and generate leads for the sales team.
- Appointment Setting: Set up appointments for the sales team to meet with potential clients.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in our CRM system.
- Sales Support: Provide sales support to the team by following up with leads and ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related field.
- Education: 12th pass or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency: Fluency in local language(s) and English.
Nice to Have:
- Real Estate Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.
- CRM Experience: Experience working with CRM software.
Performance Metrics:
- Call volume: Meet daily/weekly call volume targets.
- Lead generation: Meet monthly lead generation targets.
- Appointment setting: Meet monthly appointment setting targets.
