As a part of Thoucentric, the Consulting arm of Xoriant, you will be involved in providing Business Consulting, Program & Project Management, Digital Transformation, Product Management, Process & Technology Solutioning, and Execution services to clients across various industries such as Supply Chain, Finance & HR, Sales & Distribution. We have a unique consulting framework that focuses on execution rather than pure advisory, allowing us to work closely with marquee names in the global consumer & packaged goods (CPG) industry, new age tech, and start-up ecosystem. Your key responsibilities in this role will include: - Contributing to large-scale supply chain programs - Demonstrating a strong background in ERP & SCM platforms, particularly o9 - Applying hands-on expertise in supply chain transformation on these platforms - Utilizing excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills - Planning transformation programs in industries such as CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Pharma To qualify for this position, you should have: - A strong educational background from reputed engineering and management schools - At least 4 years of experience in large-scale supply chain programs - Proficiency in ERP & SCM platforms, especially o9 - Experience in planning transformation programs in CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Pharma Thoucentric values trust, freedom, nimbleness, compassion, integrity, passion, persistence, and conviction.
