WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Sales Executive at Advaana, your job is to help us grow by bringing in new clients and building lasting relationships. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Generating new leads through calls, emails, and networking
  • Setting up and conducting client meetings (in-person or virtual)
  • Understanding client needs and pitching relevant digital marketing solutions
  • Preparing and sharing proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
  • Managing and updating client details via Google Sheets & CRM
  • Achieving monthly sales targets and tracking progress
  • Staying informed on market trends and competitor activity
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • We're on the hunt for someone proactive, confident, and who has at least 2-3 years of experience in sales (preferably in a digital marketing agency).

You should have:

  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and closing deals
  • A proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, CRM tools, and sales processes
  • A self-driven, team-first mindset
