1) Account Manager - 01 Position

Role Description and Qualifications

This is a full-time office job in Naroda, Ahmedabad. The Account Manager will be responsible for all accounting activities – i.e Invoicing, payment tracking, ledger maintenance, tracking the project costing, GST filling and other compliances of the company (PF, ESIC).

· Processing invoices and tracking project expenses.

· Evaluating financial progress and projections in collaboration with project managers.

· Performing cost analyses and preparing financial reports.

· Ensuring compliance with financial regulations in the construction industry.

· Managing payroll for employees and contractors.

· Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information

· Document financial transactions by entering account information

· Recommend financial actions by analysing accounting options

· Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures

· Secure financial information by completing database backups

· Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions

· Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results

· Analyse financial information and summarize financial status

· Provide technical support and advice on management

· Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule

· Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance

· Support month-end and year-end close process
