Key Responsibilities

  • Connect and build relationships with prospects, understanding their business needs.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage potential clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain professional communication.
  • Engage and interact with prospects on LinkedIn to enhance conversions.
  • Use LinkedIn for networking, outreach, and relationship building.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine sales approaches.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) – Strong command over communication.
  • Excellent persuasion & negotiation skills – Ability to convince and close deals.
  • Basic LinkedIn knowledge – Comfortable with outreach, networking, and messaging.
  • Message drafting & professional email skills – Ability to craft clear and effective communication.
  • Quick learner – Ability to grasp sales strategies and implement them effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset – Focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
