Sr Manager Information System, Supply Chain Systems

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and mentoring in a technology -driven environment , with a strong focus within Supply Chain technology and Applications . Th is Sr Manager position for Supply Chain technology is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of the end-to-end solution delivery and process design serving as the primary interface with the client s and leading a cross-functional team to achieve established goals.

This person will be involved in recommending the most appropriate technology application for the client based on the business requirements and transformation needs. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills and technical background in end-to-end software development lifecycle , p roficiency in managing complex integration projects and ensuring compliance with privacy standards is essential. The candidate should be a self-starter and have a strong passion for fostering innovation and excellence in the biotechnology industry. Additionally, collaboration with cross-functional and global teams is required to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders with in commercial and clinical supply chain operation s and business leads to design, implement, and manage features

• Define and communicate the product feature vision, including both technical / architectural features and enablement, and end-user features, ensuring alignment with business objectives across multiple solution stakeholder groups

• Create strategic roadmap for product health, technology innovations to ensure that the applications continue to align with business process requirements

• Work with Product Owners, Service Owners and developers/testers to ensure that delivery matches commitments, acting as an escalation point and facilitating communication when service commitments are not met

• Ability to analyze supply chain operational data, to identify opportunities and develop insights to t ranslate business requirements into clear fit gat analysis and technology implementation strategies for business transformation

• Leverage cutting-edge innovations in cloud technologies to achieve process efficiencies through automations using AI/ML, and agentic AI chatbots

• Oversee the software development lifecycle using Scaled Agile Framework ( SAFe ) , Fostering standard methodology sharing and alignment with business goals

• Develop talent, motivate the team, delegate effectively, champion diversity within the team and act as a role model of servant leadership.

• Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams, including those in the US and other international locations

• Lead and handle large teams with varied strengths within a matrixed organization, collaborating with geographically dispersed teams, including those in the US and international locations

• Ensure communication of key performance metrics and analysis of unmet needs

• Ensure ongoing alignment with strategy, compliance , and regulatory requirements for technology investments and services

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

• 12 to 17 years of experience in Supply Chain Te chnology, Supply Chain Business , Engineering, IT or related field OR

Functional Skills:

Must-Have Skills :

• Strong functional e xpertise and In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning applications covering Demand and Supply planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Inventory Optimization, C apacity and constraints, Master Production Schedule, R ough cut capacity planning

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning Solutions such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and the like, with 5+ years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response and/or Anaplan systems

• P rior implementation experience in end-to-end supply chain planning solution s using K inaxis R apidResponse platform or any prior experience with similar advanced planning applications like SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, OMP, and o9 platforms is desired

• Facilitating business process design , requirements gathering, conducting fit gap analy sis and ability to design technical solutions leverag ing Maestro (RapidResponse) capabilities.

• Provides architecture guidance on individual system designs; Architect designs and solutions to support the realization of supply chain planning functionalities using Kinaxis RapidResponse platform

• Develop and maintain System Architecture models ( e.g. System Interaction diagrams) and reference implementations within systems of record ( e.g. Portfolio Management and Enterprise Architecture tools)

• Design and deploy the latest technology like advanced analytics, AI, machine learning to advance our Supply Chain and solve complex challenges (e.g., inventory optimization, S&OP simplification, MPS with capacity constraints) - Identity and implement continuous process improvements.

• Ability to translate the enterprises aspirations for information sharing into the reality of detailed actions in thesupply chain, quality, and IS organizations, including an understanding of data modeling, data quality, data management strategy to support business needs, data access methods, and approaches and experience in data access systems for use in the pharmaceutical industry

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Health Cloud and Lifesciences Cloud hands on experience

• Working k nowledge of integrations suite using APIs or 3 rd party integration software like Talend, MuleSoft , Data Lake and Data Fabrics etc

• Extensive experience in software development lifecycle

• Experience using and adoption of Scaled Agile Framework ( SAFe )

• Established business partnerships and IS governance practices involving senior business stakeholders

• Broad working knowledge of key IS domains and layers

• Understanding of FDA regulations governing computer system validation and operation

• Familiarity with security requirements and best practices for data at rest and in transit

• Success in mentoring and developing strong product analysts, business analysts, and developers

Professional Certifications :

• Kinaxis RapidResponse Author ing and Solution Architect Certifications

• Any relevant supply chain specific certifications like APICS (CSCP, CPIM)

• Any other relevant Technology certifications like Anaplan, SAP, Azure, AWS, AI/ML is desired and preferred
