Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Monthly Physical Stock Audit Exercise.
  • Perform Daily RUN Reports & Random Location Audits.
  • Check Metal KT (purity) & Diamond Quality during audits.
  • Oversee Refinery Audit & Entry Checking.
  • Prepare Audit Reports and maintain Audit MIS.
  • Follow-up on Audit Remarks with respective teams.
  • Draft & initiate mails to concerned departments.
  • Maintain proper filing of documents for audit records.
  • Perform Daily Audit of Weight Machine Calibration Cards.
  • Audit CCTV activity regularly.
  • Verify Register Records & Security Inward/Outward Data.
  • Monitor NSDL site entries and related compliance checks.
  • Support in developing & updating SOPs for audit processes.
  • Take Daily Rounds of the Production Floor for random checking.
  • Conduct surprise checks across locations

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong knowledge of audit processes, compliance, and controls.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in checking jewellery-related data.
  • Ability to analyze MIS reports and highlight discrepancies.
  • Good communication skills for follow-ups & reporting.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).
  • Ability to handle confidential data with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,903.26 per month
