Job Title: Product Development Manager

Experience: 3 - 5 years

Location: Mohan Estate, Delhi, India (Work from Office)

Working Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IT and business projects across APAC.
  • Track and manage IT project requests, including client-specific requirements, enhancements, new features, support, and other Levels-related initiatives.
  • Utilize Target Progress, MS Project, or Excel to manage features, user stories, sprints, and other deliverables depending on project needs.
  • Provide regular management reports on project status, deliverables, challenges, and measurable impacts.
  • Create user flow diagrams, storyboards, and wireframes, and suggest best practices for platform design and user experience.
  • Ensure consistent design and branding identity across all products (logos, color schemes, look and feel).
  • Maintain transparency and clear communication on demand and progress for projects in-flight, in planning, and in pipeline.

Education & Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Software, or related business discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in an advanced management role, preferably in software product management and driving product development roadmaps.
  • Strong experience in systems development within a matrix environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
