Job Description: BDM – Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct orientation classes for new joiners/students.
- Guide participants on marketing strategies, processes, and expectations.
- Ensure smooth knowledge transfer by simplifying marketing concepts.
- Coordinate with the BDE, who will assist during sessions.
- Monitor participation, clarify doubts, and provide feedback.
- Support the marketing team in achieving admission and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead sessions and engage participants effectively.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, or training preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
