Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hisar for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and benefits administration. The HR Manager will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the role involves conducting training and development programs and handling employee relations and conflict resolution.
