
Duty Front Desk Associate

The Duty Front Desk Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by managing the front desk operations efficiently. This role involves handling guest check-in and check-out, responding to inquiries, resolving guest concerns, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the system.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Manage telephone calls, emails, and messages courteously and professionally.
- Handle billing, payments, and maintain proper cash/credit card procedures.
- Monitor lobby and front desk area to maintain cleanliness and order.
- Assist in managing room inventory and reservations when required.
- Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (PMS) and MS Office
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Prior experience in front desk or guest service roles is Required
