Job Description
Join our dynamic and rapidly expanding Cybersecurity Operations Team in Asia, where innovation and automation are at the core of our security practices. This delivery-focused role covers a broad spectrum of cybersecurity, including vulnerability assessment/penetration testing (VA/PT) across Mobile, Web, and IoT platforms, as well as advanced threat management and incident analysis. We are seeking highly passionate professionals who thrive on learning, collaborating, and driving excellence through automation and the integration of ML & AI in security testing.
Note:
- This is not a Security Operations Center (SOC) role; only testers with prior security/penetration testing experience should apply.
- All interviews will be conducted via video conference.

Summary of the Role
As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be part of our global professional services team, delivering enterprise penetration testing, security assessments, and cyber consulting services. You will leverage automation tools and ML/AI techniques to enhance security testing and threat analysis. The ideal candidate is highly committed, passionate about cybersecurity, eager to learn, and excels in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate and execute VA/PT for Mobile, Web, IoT, Server, Network, and Security Systems.
- Integrate ML & AI solutions to improve threat detection, vulnerability analysis, and security testing processes.
- Conduct security assessments, architecture reviews, and code reviews for existing applications.
- Perform in-depth security analysis, forensics, and incident investigations.
- Analyze and respond to security violations, unauthorized access attempts, malware infections, and other security events.
- Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain documentation for new standards, incidents, and risk assessments.
Qualifications
- Tertiary degree in Computer Science or 3+ years in a related IT field.
- Certifications: CEH, ECSA, Sec+, Pentest+, Crest Certified Tester (GWAPT, LPT, SSCP, OSCP, CISSP, Crest Certified are a plus).
- Security vendor certifications (Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/etc.) and relevant security certifications (SANS/GIAC/CERT) are highly regarded.
- Penetration testing certifications preferred.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong passion for cybersecurity, automation, and continuous learning.
- Hands-on experience with security automation tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with ML & AI applications in cybersecurity.
- Deep understanding of security principles, protocols, threat/vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Technical expertise in security products (firewalls, IPS, VPN, endpoint protection).
- Experience with event data analysis from security devices and enterprise applications.
- Proficiency with packet capture tools and analysis.
- Ability to resolve complex security incidents and problems.
- Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux (Kali, Ubuntu, RHEL, SUSE) and Windows ADS/Server OS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
