Job Summary:

Clares Software Services is seeking a motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Executive with 2-4 years of experience to strengthen its marketing team. This role will focus on executing digital campaigns, driving high-quality leads for the sales team, and maintaining an effective online presence to support business growth.

Role & responsibilities

  • Running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to deliver measurable ROI.
  • Executing lead generation campaigns across paid, organic, and referral channels.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting marketing performance using Google Analytics and CRM dashboards.
  • Managing and updating the WordPress website for content, SEO, and user experience improvements.
  • Supporting campaign design and execution in collaboration with the sales and product teams.
  • Researching competitor activity and industry trends to suggest innovative marketing ideas.

Ensuring marketing activities align with Abacuss positioning as a trusted ERP/CRM/HR partner.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Science, marketing or related field.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with focus on Google Ads, analytics, and lead generation
  • Exposure to B2B ERP, CRM & Business Management Solutions company is necessary
  • Proven experience with WordPress CMS and basic SEO.
  • Comfortable working in GST (Gulf Standard Time) time zone.
