ROLE SPECIFICATIONS:

Position :- Equity Research Associate

Department :- Equity Research

Location :- Mumbai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client management:

- Conduct accurate scoping of research assignments/projects Meet C surpasses the client expectations.

- Seek regular client feedback from stakeholders.

- Incorporate the feedback C close the loop.

- Effective escalation management.

- Delivery-cum-relationship management

Delivery management:

- Meet C surpass the delivery client C/or ValueAdd benchmarks in terms of quality C timelines, whichever is tougher

• Successfully independently deliver variety of research assignments including
  
  equity modeling, initiation coverage notes, investment idea generation, industry research, research coverage maintenance, news C impact analysis, and MCA analysis.
• Deliver and achieve 100% client satisfaction

Team management: (Only applicable for Team Leads)

- Timely and accurate a Right Staffing,for all the requirements.

- Conduct classroom and on-the-job training for team members.

- Do regular mentoring C career development plans for team members.

- Plan and execute recreational C team events/outings

Marketing, business development, organization development support

- Support on business proposals, Scope of Work documents, collaterals, and samples.

- Effectively contribute on calls with clients and prospects as a Domain Expert.

- Contribute to marketing C thought leadership content.

- Assist in executing marketing C business development campaigns

- Execute/participate in other organizational development initiatives

Educational, experience, and skills requirements:

- Postgraduate/CFA/CA/MBA Finance C equivalent.

- 1-3 years of domestic research experience in equity research, from global banks, wealth management firms, sell-side/buy-side firms, and KPOs.

- Hands-on experience in delivering equity research notes/models, public and private company valuation (DCF, SOTP, RV), industry research, and MCA analysis

- Need sound financial/cash flow modeling skills, good analytical writing skills,

idea generation capability, and specialization in multiple industries is desirable.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, Strong quantitative and analytical skills , Analytical, detail oriented, self-motivated, Proven client management experience.

- Hands-on experience on 3rd party databases is mandatory

Other skills requirement:

- Proven leadership C client management skills.

- Strong team player, Strong professional ethics and business etiquette

- Preferably, onshore experience is preferred.
