Business Development Executive (BDE) – Job Description

Role: Business Development Executive

Department: Sales & Distribution / Loans

Industry: Finance / Housing Loan / Mortgage

Location: Nellore

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:1. Banker Booking

  • Coordinate with bank officials for daily/weekly banker meetings.
  • Schedule appointments for loan discussions and document submissions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with bank branches and loan officers.

2. DSA Meets

  • Meet DSAs regularly to generate new loan leads.
  • Explain products, loan features, and payout structures.
  • Collect required documents from DSAs and coordinate for login.
  • Build a strong DSA network to increase business volume.

3. Builder Meets

  • Visit builders and maintain business relationships for project-based leads.
  • Participate in builder events for customer sourcing.
  • Share updated loan offers, eligibility details, and schemes with builder teams.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through field visits and partner networks.
  • Maintain daily reports of meetings, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for file login, processing, and approvals.
  • Achieve monthly business targets.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of home loans / mortgage loans preferred.
  • Ability to build strong partner relationships.
  • Field sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Two-wheeler preferred.
