Role Overview:
As a Salesforce Development and Support, will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions for our clients. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and technical architects, to ensure the successful implementation and support of Salesforce-based solutions. Expertise in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) is essential for creating efficient data queries and contributing to the overall success of the projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and technical architects to understand client requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Expertise using Apex, Aura components, LWC
  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications, workflows, process automation, and integrations to meet client-specific needs.
  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SOQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data within the Salesforce platform.
  • Design and implement solutions that adhere to best practices and maintainable code standards.
  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing Salesforce applications and features.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to suggest improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve development processes and standards.
  • Document technical specifications, processes, and solution designs as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any technical concerns.
