My Movies is ONLY seeking a candidate who has Entrepreneurship Mindset alongwith hands-on experience in buliding Online Community of Millions of Users.

The candidate must be willing to a invest in the startup as a co-founder to show his/her SKIN IN THE GAME commitment to build a Unicorn.

ICE Global also operates a proven business model utilized by thousands of sellers across 20 cities in 14 Indian states. ICEGlobal (ICE 2.0) now brings this trusted platform online through ICEBUY, allowing brands to launch or showcase their products to sell or gain valuable insights. Known for its Unique Weekly Changing Expo model, ICEBUY offers 52 opportunities annually for buyers to engage in exciting eCommerce experiences, paired with advanced features like AR/VR, Web 3, Utility Tokens, and a metaverse experience. ICEBUY supports established brands and MSMEs while boosting the Indian economy.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder - COO - CMO at ICEGlobal ECommerce Technology Pvt. Ltd; the position is based in Bengaluru. The individual will oversee daily operations, drive marketing strategies, and manage online communities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business plans, coordinating with various departments, analyzing market trends, and enhancing customer engagement across social media platforms. The role also involves monitoring sales performance and ensuring alignment with the company's goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Online Marketing and Online Community buliding experience is a MUST.
  • Entrepreneurship Mindset is a must.
  • Highly Passionate and strong experience in Brand Buliding is a must.
  • Analytical Skills and Research capabilities
  • Excellent Communication and Sales skills
  • Experience in Marketing and Online Marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in building and managing online communities and social media channels
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the eCommerce or Technology sectors is a plus
  • Relevant MBA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
