Job Description: Accounts Assistant

Location - Thane West

Fresher / Internship can apply

Software - Tally

ACCA, BBA, BAF, Accounts etc can apply

Salary - 12k to 18k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day accounting activities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Enter financial data into Tally and Excel accurately.
  • Record sales and purchase transactions on time.
  • Handle bank entries and perform regular bank reconciliations.
  • Conduct vouching and verification of bills, vouchers, and financial documents.
  • Maintain physical and digital records of invoices, bills, and receipts.
  • Make bank visits as required for deposits, withdrawals, and documentation.
  • Update and manage the petty cash register daily.
  • Organize and maintain weekly folders for invoices and petty cash expenses.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
  • Good communication and email writing skills.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle physical records and maintain systematic filing.
  • Willingness to travel for bank-related tasks, when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
