Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across departments.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Maintain and update job postings across platforms.

Placement Tracking & Coordination

  • Track placement activities, maintain placement records, and generate reports.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external placement partners and institutions.

Candidate Engagement

  • Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation programs.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Address candidate queries in Malayalam, English, Tamil and Hindi.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure all recruitment and placement documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Maintain accurate records in HR systems and databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment or placement coordination.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam, English, Tamil and Hindi. Written Communication skills in English & Malayalam
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
