We're looking for an enthusiastic Education Counsellor who loves helping students make informed career choices and can confidently guide them through our course offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow up with potential leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and walk-ins.
  • Educate students and parents about our programs, course structure, and career outcomes.
  • Schedule and invite interested candidates for face-to-face counselling sessions at our education centre.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and enrollments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students to enhance conversion rates and brand reputation.
  • Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a smooth counselling-to-admission process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (any stream).
  • 1–2 years of experience in counselling, telecalling, or inside sales (preferably in the education or training sector).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for helping students achieve their goals.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
