Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Education Counselor to guide prospective students through course selection, admissions, and career direction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and persuasive skills, a student-centric approach, and a strong understanding of the education and training sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students via walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries regarding available courses and career options.
  • Understand student needs, advise suitable programs, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive admissions targets.
  • Conduct informational sessions, telecounseling, and course presentations.
  • Build relationships with students to ensure a positive admission experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).
  • Strong interpersonal, convincing, and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
