Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Operations Manager. The individual will manage and optimize sales operations, analyze data to identify opportunities for growth, and ensure efficient processes to improve team performance. Responsibilities include working collaboratively with sales teams to streamline workflows, monitor customer satisfaction, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and drive actionable insights
- Expertise in Operations Management to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to maintain and improve client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills for effective team collaboration and coordination
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Proven ability to work independently and manage remote teams efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in digital transformation or technology-driven business environments is a plus
