Sales Operations Manager
to lead our inside sales operations and ensure that every prospect and customer interaction delivers measurable business value.
About the Role
The
Sales Opeartions Manager
plays a pivotal role in driving Nexxio's revenue growth by leading our sales operations across the Market Research (MR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), and Account Executive (AE) teams. You'll be responsible for building and managing an efficient sales engine — ensuring consistent lead generation, qualification, and deal closures — while also planning and executing marketing campaigns to support our growth initiatives.
This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Bengaluru office, offering a mix of strategy, execution, and team leadership in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities in this role include:
Sales Operations Management
- Lead and manage the MR, SDR, and AE teams to achieve their respective goals — lead generation, SEALs (qualified leads), and closures.
- Drive weekly and monthly performance reviews; monitor team metrics and implement process improvements for higher efficiency.
- Define clear sales workflows, reporting formats, and communication rhythms across the sales funnel.
Pipeline & Revenue Planning
- Own the top-to-bottom sales funnel — from lead acquisition to opportunity closure.
- Collaborate with leadership to set and track sales targets, conversions, and performance KPIs.
- Identify gaps and coach team members to improve conversion rates at each stage.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
- Partner closely with the Product and Customer Success teams to align customer feedback and solution fitment.
- Ensure SDRs and AEs are equipped with the right product knowledge, pitch materials, and competitive insights.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Consultant to plan and execute email campaigns and outreach initiatives.
Team Development
- Mentor, guide, and motivate team members — fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and customer-centricity.
- Lead by example in demonstrating consultative selling and value-based engagement practices.
Ideal Profile
- 6–8 years of overall experience, with 3–5 years in B2B SaaS or software sales
- Prior experience managing a small sales team (3–5 members) — ideally in an inside sales or SDR-led model
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), and sales pipeline management
- Excellent communication, analytical, and people management skills
- Growth mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Exposure to the Indian consumer goods or manufacturing sector is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
