Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive/Sales Manager located in Gurgaon. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals. Additionally, the role requires preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in Market Research and Analysis
- Ability to develop and execute Sales Strategies and Campaigns
- Excellent Leadership and Team Management skills
- Proven track record of achieving Sales Targets and driving Revenue growth
- Familiarity with Financial Products and Services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
