About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of talent acquisition strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  • Manage job postings and update recruitment-related content.
  • Support HR team in onboarding new hires and other HR activities as needed.
  • Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter/HR Recruiter (in-house or agency).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
