Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inbound Process Executive based in Navi Mumbai. The Inbound Process Executive will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective resolution to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of interactions, identifying and escalating priority issues, and collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Customer service orientation and experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred
