Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Placement Assistant, located in Basavangudi, Bengaluru South. The Placement Assistant will be responsible for coordinating with companies and students for placement activities, managing placement records, organizing training sessions for students, and assisting in the overall placement process. The role also includes maintaining updated information in and providing support for benefits administration.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Proficiency in conducting Training sessions
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students and employers
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Visit companies to build a greater connect
  • Effective stakeholder management
