Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
QA Automation Engineer
with a strong background in
Selenium
and
Python or Java
. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation test frameworks, with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using
    Selenium
    with
    Python
    or
    Java
    .
  • Create and maintain robust automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
  • Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and manual QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
  • Participate in design and code reviews to ensure testability and quality standards.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to improving testing processes and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in QA automation testing.
  • Strong programming skills in
    Python
    or
    Java
    (at least one is mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with
    Selenium WebDriver
    for UI automation.
  • Experience in writing and executing
    API tests
    using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
  • Good understanding of testing frameworks like
    PyTest
    ,
    TestNG
    , or
    JUnit
    .
  • Experience working with version control tools such as
    Git
    .
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools –
    Jenkins
    ,
    GitLab CI/CD
    , etc.
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g.,

    ).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
