Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.

Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Apex classes.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality results.

Maintain data integrity, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and security settings.

Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support ongoing enhancements.

Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and release management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Strong knowledge of Service Cloud configuration and customization.

Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Framework.

Proficient in Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce.

Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk) and integrations.

Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Security Model.

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Salesforce Platform Developer I & II or Service Cloud Consultant certifications (preferred).

Nice to Have:

Experience with Omni-Channel, CTI integration, or Einstein Bots.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset).

Exposure to Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud.Role & responsibilities
