looking for a go-getter sales professional who understands interiors, speaks the language of design, and can confidently sell the Homework experience to homeowners and commerical establishments looking to renovate, restyle, or build their dream home.

**Role & Responsibilities
• Lead G
eneration: Independently identify, research, and reach out to potential clients via calls, visits, and referrals.
• Client
Communication: Call, meet, and follow up with clients to understand their needs and introduce Homework's services.
• Sales
Pitching: Clearly articulate Homework's design + build advantage, pricing, and process.
• Coordi
nation: Work closely with the design team for site visits, proposals, and presentations.
• Contra
cts & Documentation: Draft and manage client contracts, collect payments, and maintain proper documentation.
• Pipeli
ne Management: Maintain and track all leads and conversions using structured follow-ups.
• Brand
Representation: Be the face of Homework at all client interactions — professional, warm, and solution-driven.

• 2–5 ye
ars of experience in interior sales / real estate / home solutions / modular kitchens.
• Strong
communication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi.
• Self-m
otivated, resourceful, and comfortable working without spoon-feeding.

ent in meeting clients, understanding spaces, and selling design services.
• Organi
sed, dependable, and ready to take full ownership of the sales cycle.
