Qualification:

  • Bachelor's / Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture (mandatory)

Experience:

  • 10–15 years of freelance experience in Residential Interior Design projects

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, Photoshop & MS Office

  • Strong knowledge of residential design concepts, materials & finishes

  • Space planning, lighting design & furniture layout expertise

  • Creative visualization & client requirement translation

  • Excellent communication, presentation & vendor coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative interior concepts, layouts & detailed drawings

  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, budget & preferences

  • Prepare 2D/3D design presentations, BOQs & material specifications

  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors & suppliers for smooth execution

  • Ensure quality, cost efficiency & timely project delivery
