  1. Daily Operations & Facility Management:

  2. Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the mall and multiplex, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

  3. Conduct daily rounds to inspect common areas, parking facilities, restrooms, and the multiplex for cleanliness, maintenance, and safety issues.
  4. Supervise and coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to ensure adherence to service level agreements.

  5. Manage the work order system, ensuring timely resolution of all maintenance requests from tenants and internal departments.

  6. Tenant & Customer Service Support:

  7. Serve as a primary operational contact for tenants, addressing their concerns related to facilities, maintenance, and mall services promptly and professionally.

  8. Assist in the coordination of tenant move-ins/move-outs and store fit-outs, ensuring compliance with mall standards.

  9. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints on the floor, providing effective solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.

  10. Safety, Security & Compliance:

  11. Ensure full compliance with all safety, security, and statutory regulations (e.g., Fire Safety, ADA, OSHA).

  12. Assist in conducting regular emergency drills (fire, earthquake) and training for mall staff and security personnel.
  13. Monitor CCTV systems and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for shoppers and tenants.

  14. Maintain all operational logs, checklists, and documentation as per company policy.

  15. Multiplex Operations Coordination:

  16. Work closely with the multiplex management team to ensure operational synergy, especially during peak hours, movie releases, and special events.

  17. Coordinate shared services like crowd management, HVAC, power, and common area cleaning for the multiplex zone.

  18. Administrative & Reporting:

  19. Assist the Mall Manager in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

  20. Monitor and control inventory of operational supplies and critical spare parts.
  21. Help manage the departmental budget and track operational expenses.

  22. Required: Minimum of 6 years of experience in mall operations, multiplex management, retail management, or a related hospitality/hospitality field.

  23. Education:

  24. A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is required.

  25. Additional certifications in Facility Management (e.g., CFM) or Health & Safety will be an advantage.

  26. Experience:

  27. Required: Minimum of 6 years of experience in mall operations, multiplex management, retail management, or a related hospitality/hospitality field.
