Inside Development Executive – USA Logistics

Location: Manyata Tech Park Nagavara (Onsite)

Experience Required: Candidates must have experience in the International or US Market

Shift : EST Shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Development Executive to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US logistics and freight market, with proven experience in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities within the US logistics sector.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop tailored logistics solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and report sales activity regularly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in US Sales/International sales , logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for growth and client success.
