Job Title:Salesforce Technical ArchitectExperience:12–16 yearsWork Location:India – BangaloreWork Setup:– OnsiteEmployment Type:Full-timeReporting To:[Director / VP – Engineering or Delivery]Educational & Company SignalsPreferred Education:Graduate from IIT , NIT , IIM , or other Top Tier 1 InstitutesPreferred Company Background:Experience in Unicor n, Top Internet Product Compan y, Top Software Product Compan y, Top IT Services MN C, or Top Consulting MNCAbout the Rol eWe are seeking an accomplishe d Salesforce Technical Archite ct to lead th e design and implementation of Salesforce integratio ns across enterprise systems.The ideal candidate is a technical lead er with deep Salesforce expertise, a strong background i n enterprise architecture, system integration, data governan ce, an d performance optimizati on.You will collaborate with business and technical teams to translate strategic requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that drive digital transformation and operational excellenc e.Key ResponsibilitiesLea d technical design sessio ns and define scalable Salesforce solution architectures.Collaborate with stakeholders to translat e business needs into detailed technical specificatio ns.Architect, design, and implemen t Salesforce solutio ns using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.Design and manag e integration architectur es using Salesforce Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware (AWS, Informatica, Mulesoft, etc.).Ensur e data management, migration, and governan ce strategies are properly designed and executed.Driv e performance tuning, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practic es.Create and maintai n technical documentati on an d architecture blueprin ts.Mentor development tea ms and enforce design standards.Stay updated o n Salesforce releases, innovations, and emerging technologi es .Must-Have- Qualificatio****- ns12–16 years of total experience, with 12 + years in Salesforce development and architect ure.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, components, and capabilit ies.Hands-on experience wi th Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce A PIs.Proven experience in Salesforce integrat ion using REST/SOA P, Salesforce Conn ect, a nd middleware to ols (AWS, Informatica, etc.).Expertise in data modeling, governance, and performance optimizat ion.BE/BT ech from IIT, NIT, or oth er Tier 1 engineering institu tes.Experience in Unicorn / Top Internet Product / Software Product / IT Services / Consulting MNC environments.Demonstrat ed job stabil ity – minim um 2–3 years average tenure per organizat ion.Excelle nt communication, leadership, and problem-solv ing skill s.Good**- ong>-to-H- ave- Salesforce certifications (e. g., Salesforce Technical Archi te ct, Application Archi te ct, System Archi te- ct).Experience working in Agile/S crum environme- nts.Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation proj e- cts.****
