Profile: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Mohali (Shift: 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM)
Days: 5 days working
Exp required: 3-7 Years
CTC: upto 50,000/month + Lucrative Incentives
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive international sales, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the global BPO/KPO market. This is a high-impact role for professionals who thrive in international business development and enterprise sales.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a territory plan targeting mid-market to enterprise clients.
- Prospect daily via calls, emails, and social media to secure discovery meetings.
- Understand client requirements and align them with the right BPO solutions.
- Lead RFPs/RFIs, pricing discussions, and proposal preparation.
- Negotiate MSAs/SOWs and successfully close new-logo business deals.
- Maintain CRM discipline and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client discovery sessions.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. telemarketing and data privacy regulations (TSR/TCPA).
What You've Done (Required)
- Excellent Comm skills
- 3–7 years of proven experience in closing new B2B deals in Contact Center/BPO/KPO.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong cold calling and lead generation experience.
- Closed multi-stakeholder deals involving Ops, IT/Security, Finance, Legal, and Procurement.
- Hands-on experience in building proposals and pricing models (FTE, per-interaction, outcome-based).
- Knowledge of compliance and security standards (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR/CCPA, HIPAA).
