This is a full-time on-site role based out of our office in Viman Nagar, Pune, India.

Key Responsibilities

Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases relevant to our business, products, and services.

On-Page SEO: Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, content, and images, to improve search engine rankings and user experience.

Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to ensure that web content is search engine-friendly and aligns with our SEO strategy.

Link Building: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to increase the authority and credibility of our website.

Technical SEO: Address technical SEO issues, including website speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability, to enhance our site's performance in search results.

Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Social Media Marketing - Develop and implement a social media marketing strategy aimed at increasing relevant traffic on the website.

Reporting: Generate regular SEO performance reports, track key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Algorithm Updates: Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and best practices in SEO to adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SEO with a track record of improving organic search rankings and increasing website traffic.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in SEO or digital marketing are a plus.
