Job Title: Tools Administration

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Tools Administrator with hands-on expertise in monitoring, tool integration, and automation across hybrid and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in observability tools, scripting, and Azure-based monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer network observability tools including PRTG, ManageEngine Site24x7, LogicMonitor, Cisco ThousandEyes, and SolarWinds.
  • Handle tool migration and ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Integrate observability tools with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell for data parsing and reporting.
  • Monitor hybrid cloud environments and ensure observability across Azure and SD-WAN infrastructure.
  • Work with telemetry protocols such as SNMP, NetFlow, sFlow, and IPFIX.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Network Observability Tools (PRTG, ManageEngine, LogicMonitor, ThousandEyes, SolarWinds).
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Good understanding of Azure networking and observability services.
  • Hands-on experience with hybrid cloud and SD-WAN monitoring.
  • Knowledge of telemetry protocols and data flow analysis.Role & responsibilities
