Eligibility Criteria

Education, Certificate (Relevant education, achievement & certification)1. Any bachelor degree is mandatory2. MS Office certification / part of curriculum Knowledge (knowledge gained in the past relevant to this requirement)1. Knowledge in front-end retail operations 2. Selling & customer service3. Basic knowledge of Jewellery - Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Silver will be an added advantageSkills (Specific job skills required for this job)1. Communication - Excellent verbal communication in English(Mandatory) & regional language. 2. Basic computer operating knowledge3. E-mail communication4. Basic knowledge of 'Point of Sale' system (POS)Experience(Specific type or amount of experience years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations. Preferably with an established Retail Brand 2. Freshers with high level of communication skills and attitude to serve customers

Your KRA/KPI1. Attend and assist the customers at store and provide adequate product knowledge2. Influencing and selling jewellery3. Achieve target - Monthly / Seasonal4. Maintain high VM standard at store5. Addressing all customer queries6. Following up with the customers7. Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers8. Completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery.9. Retaining the existing or new customers10. Maintain and monitor store inventory11. Coordinating with inter departmental personnel12. Working on POS, ERP system, Magento etc
