Job Description – Backend Developer (Python / FastAPI / Django) – AI Automation Track

Position: Backend Developer (AI Automation Training Included)

Location: Noida (On-site – Sector 136)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are hiring Backend Developers with strong fundamentals in Python and backend frameworks.You do NOT need prior experience in AI automation tools.

Selected candidates will: Work as backend engineers, and Receive specialized training in AI automation workflows (n8n, Make, Zapier), API orchestration, and AI agent integration.

Candidates with prior exposure to automation tools will be given preference, but it is not mandatory.

This is an excellent role for developers who want to grow into AI Automation Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Python, FastAPI, and Django.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs for automation, AI systems, and applications.
  • Collaborate with AI teams to integrate workflows and automation logic.
  • Work with cloud services (AWS / Azure / GCP) and container technologies (Docker / Kubernetes).
  • Participate in developing automation pipelines using tools like n8n, Make, or internal workflow engines (training provided).
  • Optimize backend systems for speed, scalability, and reliability.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and improve application performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI or Django.
  • Solid understanding of database systems: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
  • Understanding of REST APIs and backend logic.
  • Good problem-solving, debugging, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Exposure to automation platforms like n8n, Make, Zapier.
  • Knowledge of AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, HuggingFace).
  • Basic cloud or DevOps understanding.

Compensation Structure

  • On-Site ASE (Noida): ₹2.4 LPA (≈20K in hand)
  • On-Site SDE 1 (Noida): ₹4.0 LPA (≈30K in hand)
