Job Description Graphic Designer


• Develops creative solutions using a combination of creativity and analytical skills, to communicate an inspiring brand story to the customer.


• Works with pre sales, copywriters, designer and other team members to develop creative solutions.


• Propose and explore new ideas to keep our clients social media voice relevant and innovative


• Would work closely with the content, creative and development teams and will be responsible for visual communication - delivering high quality web and mobile graphics according to defined client objectives.


• Develop/ execute motion strategy within social channels (gifs, slow motion, hyper l pse, real-time)

Knowledge and Skills


• Adobe Photoshop


• Adobe illustrator


• Adobe After effects


• Adobe Premiere pro


• Create and manage design like posts, banner ads, GIFs for multiple social media platforms


• Excellent layout, color & typography skills


• Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities


• Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively towards deadlines


• Positive, upbeat, can-do, professional and responsible attitude


• Accurate ability to estimate time required to complete work

Qualifications:


• Minimum of 4 years of design / agency experience


• Motion graphics or other production knowledge a huge plus.


• Professional with an ability to have fun while working hard.


• Strong design portfolio with 4+ years design and interactive work experience


• Ability to articulate and present creative ideas. Should be passionate about design and storytelling.
