Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with strong backend expertise and hands-on experience in managing large-scale applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of MongoDB, proficiency in microservices architecture, and experience with modern deployment tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services and APIs using the MERN stack.
  • Work with MongoDB (expert-level) and PostgreSQL to design and manage scalable databases.
  • Implement and maintain Kafka for queue management and Bull for job scheduling.
  • Manage containerized environments using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes (K8s).
  • Handle large datasets efficiently, ensuring system scalability, high availability, and performance.
  • Implement robust logging, tracing, and application monitoring practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable features.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure the smooth functioning of distributed systems.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of overall development experience, with at least 3+ years in backend or full-stack development.
  • Strong experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, , , ).
  • Expert-level experience with MongoDB and working knowledge of PostgreSQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka and Bull for event processing and job scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment and infrastructure management.
  • Experience working with large datasets and designing scalable data architectures.
  • Strong understanding of logging, tracing, and monitoring tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
