Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer who can design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using MongoDB, , , and The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to lead end-to-end project development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best coding practices.
  • Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
  • Work closely with product, design, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Frontend: , Redux / Context API, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred).
  • Backend: , , RESTful APIs, GraphQL (optional).
  • Database: MongoDB, Mongoose ORM.
  • Version Control: Git, GitHub / GitLab.
  • Deployment & Tools: AWS / Azure / Docker / Jenkins (added advantage).
  • Testing: Jest / Mocha / Cypress (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud deployment.
  • Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
