Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Team Leader located in Jaipatna. The Assistant Team Leader will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, managing team performance, and providing support and guidance to team members. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to resolve issues, maintaining quality standards, and driving process improvements to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Team management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields
- Technical proficiency in logistics software and tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role is a plus
