The IT Infra Engineer is responsible for deployment and maintenance of third party platforms on on-prem infrastructure , onboarding SaaS applications and implementation DevOps processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software development, infrastructure, and operations. They will be responsible for working with developers and operations teams to ensure that software is built, deployed and monitored in a reliable and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 

  • Help us evolve our continuous integration and deployment infrastructure
  • Create and maintain system design and operation documentation
  • Help design and implement our container orchestration strategy
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Applications 
  • Provide primary operational support for multiple software applications

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Experience designing and implementing continuous integration and deployment frameworks (e.g Gitops)
  • Experience in Linux/Unix, windows Operating system 
  • Experience in IT Network concepts including Firewall etc. 
  • Familiarity with standard IT security practices (e.g. TLS certificates, key management, oAuth, SAML)
  • DevOps/Infrastructure design and management experience at an enterprise level using infrastructure as code (AWS CDK, Terraform, or Ansible)
  • Experience building and supporting multi-tier production applications running at AWS and SaaS 
  • Experience with source control system (GitLab or GitHub)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS or Kubernetes certification(s)
  • Bachelors  in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a financial industry
  • Experience with cloud migration
  • Experience working with containers
