Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our institutes courses, enhance brand awareness, and drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and lead generation

SEO & Website Management

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console

Social Media Marketing

  • Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
  • Increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility through creative posts and campaigns

Content & Email Marketing

  • Write engaging content for blogs, social media, and ad creatives
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report the performance of all digital campaigns
  • Suggest improvements based on data insights

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the design, sales, and academic teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Support in promoting webinars, workshops, and student success storie

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO best practices
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager
  • Basic understanding of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools
  • Excellent communication and content-writing skills
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing preferred
