Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Delhi, India. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new employees, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, and maintaining a positive work environment. The HR Manager will also handle performance management, employee retention, and professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding skills
- Experience in employee relations and performance management
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

- Previous experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
