Duties

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Ensure the café area is clean, organised, and well-stocked

Skills

  • Experience in catering or serving within a café or restaurant environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in food preparation techniques, ensuring quality and presentation of dishes.
  • Previous experience as a barista is an advantage, particularly in crafting specialty coffee drinks.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
