I'm seeking a full-time freelancer who can handle both WordPress development and social media management for my business.

This is a freelance/contractor position starting with a 1-month trial period, with strong potential for long-term engagement based on performance.

WordPress Responsibilities:

  • Customize existing WordPress site
  • Maintain and update current site [Major Task]
  • Ensure site is mobile-responsive and optimized for speed
  • Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
  • Implement SEO best practices
  • WPBakery experience is a plus

Social Media Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily activity on Instagram
  • Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels/videos)
  • Develop and execute social media strategy to grow followers and engagement
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions throughout the day
  • Research trends and create timely, relevant content
  • Track analytics and provide weekly/monthly performance reports

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience with WordPress development (please share portfolio)
  • Strong track record managing social media accounts with measurable growth
  • Creative content creation skills (graphic design, copywriting, basic video editing)
  • Understanding of SEO and how social media/web presence work together
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and responsive
  • Comfortable with full-time freelance commitment

Freelance Position Details:

  • Type: Independent Contractor/Freelance
  • Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Trial Period: 1 month with evaluation for long-term contract
  • Location: Remote (work from anywhere)
  • Start Date: ASAP
