Job Summary:
As a social media executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with target audiences, and drive traffic and conversions. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, manage social media accounts, analyze performance metrics, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

**Responsibilities**:
1-Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the organization's goals and target audience.

2-Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.

3-Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, tone of voice, and visual aesthetics across platforms.

4-Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media, maintaining a positive and customer-focused presence.

5-Regularly analyse and report on social media performance, using metrics and insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.

6-Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend new strategies or platforms to reach target audiences effectively.

7-Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing campaigns.

8-Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.

9-Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and relevant communities to expand reach and enhance brand reputation.

10-Stay informed about industry news, trends, and changes in social media algorithms and policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
